Umnotho Entrepreneur (Pty) Ltd (The Institute of SHEQ Management) is one South Africa’s leading institutions specialising in Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) training and development. Our Head Office is based in Bloemfontein (Free-State) and our other branch office is based in Pine Town (Kwazulu-Natal) and we provide our in-house courses in all provinces throughout South Africa.

Umnotho Entrepreneur, since inception in 1993, has rapidly become a leading player in the SHEQ management training field and pioneered modules taught in both English and Vernacular (African languages) for better reach to our candidates.
Umnotho Entrepreneur is fully owned and managed by a highly proficient and qualified black team. Our staff consists of professionals who are expects in various fields of SHEQ management. All our facilitators, assessors and moderators consist of qualified Safety Officers , Medical Practitioners, Ambulance Officers and are all HWSETA / ETDP accredited. Over the years, SHEQ systems have become a mandatory prerequisite for operating professionally across all sectors of commerce and industry. Despite protecting a business’ most important assets, it’s human capital and potentially increasing profitability, SHEQ management systems and processes are a Legal requirement for corporate and government entities.
